The answer is -

No.

Your Windows portion (or "partion", as it's actually called) is completely separated from your Mac.

If a virus attacks the Windows side, your Mac remains unharmed.

Also, VMWare comes with a free one year MacAffee AntiVirus subscription, so you stay protected even more.
